Hello Denison Community!
This Fun Run is intended to build our culture, bring more smiles, and raise funds for the school to pay for field trips, in classroom experiences, and SPREE events! Your child will come home with a paper for the Denison Fun Run. The pledge form is also below. Students will have 15-20 minutes to complete as many laps around the school track as possible. Sponsors can pledge $1, $2, $5 or any other amount for each lap students run or a total lump sum. Included on the form is a pledge form, ways you can contribute and the PayPal donation link-bit.ly/3Dx2Vui. The Fun Run is for every student regardless of financial giving. All students will receive race-day lap bracelets and a treat. The students will wear a designated color shirt depending on the class-see lists below for your child's class color.

10-10:20 Upper El-3rd-6th grades begins, 20 minute run..ends 10:20a
10:30-10:50 Lower El 1st-3rd grades begins run 20 minute run.ends 10:50a
2:00 Primary-ECE 4 & Kindergarten begins run 10 minute run...ends 2:10p (3 years old can come with an adult but we can’t accommodate them during their class time.)
Our event promotes community, builds school spirit, and most importantly, it involves the students in raising money for their school as a team. As Denison Montessori is a public school, this event will be a key component in raising the additional financial support that is needed by our teachers and students.
Every dollar raised at the Fun Run will go directly to Denison.

Please consider the following to support the Fun Run:
1. Assist your child with asking for pledges/donations. Come cheer them on at the event!
2. Consider asking your employer for a donation or check into employer matching. Families of Denison Montessori is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (IRS EIN 46-1156266), and all donations are tax-deductible. Many companies offer a charity donation program.
